‘Give it or Get it’ holiday makeup picks: no.4
Besides mistletoe, eggnog, Rudolf & tinsel . . . the holidays are also the perfect time of year for new makeup. Why? Well all the cosmetic companies flip out between Thanksgiving & New Years, offering sales, limited edition product, and value sets. If makeup wasn’t on your list to Santa, and you’ve finished checking everyone off your list, then this is the perfect opportunity to snag a little something for yourself. Happy shopping & merry merry!
Tarte “Ring it In” Cheek Stain Set
Who is it for?
If you or someone you know loves cheek stains/cremes/tints. Or, if you’ve never tried them and want to . . . because I’m telling you, you’ll want to.
What’s in it?
THREE mini Tarte Cheek Stains (a $74 value for $25) in:
Vivid (vibrant rosy pink)
Luster (peach champagne)
Flawless (soft peachy pink)
and a gold knot cocktail ring (random, but a fun bonus)
What do I do with it?
Dab a miniscule amount on your ring finger, then tap it on the apples of your cheeks with the least amount of pressure humanly possible. Think butterfly kisses, but with blush. Enjoy the natural, lit-from-within flush.
Pro Tip
Okay, confession: I haven’t technically seen these colors in person. But here’s the thing: Tarte Cheek Stains are one of my favorite things in the world, have won every beauty award possible, and are all-around fabulous. Yet, they still only come in seven colors. So when there are limited edition shades, I don’t think twice about snapping those puppies up. Also… the normal size Tarte Cheek Stains are so gigantic that is next to impossible to ever go thru them. And at $30 each, you’d normally spend $90 to get three shades. Which make this set a no-brainer for me.
What about you? Do love a deal as much as I do? Have you tried a cheek tint before? Let me know your thoughts. . .
